SAP will only load bootloader 1.04... need help... please

Hello,

I had upgraded to Smart ROM 1.50 and sure as rain it locked my phone, and having experienced this already, I had tried to downgrade my ROM, and it update crashed and now i am left with just the bootloader version 1.04 and i am unable to load any earlier versions.... and my SAP is will not update... is there a way to get this phone up and running? i hope some one can help me out... thanks in advance... (this is cry for HELP!!!!)
