What's the color label for the text highlight in progs menus

What's the color label for the text highlight in the programs menu? It seems to be different from the highlight on the Favorites menu for example. It wasn't on the color chart posted on the site.

well only the first, u cant mix them (stated elsewhere) so set them both to the same value to avoid confusion
