Media player and battery life

Hi,

I wondered if anyone knew roughly how long i could expect the battery to last if used for playing movies and MP3's - i'm going on a long (5 hour plus) coach journey and want to use my SPV instead of taking a dedicated MP3 player.

Thanks

Matthew

If you aren't expecting any calls etc then switching to "radio off" might help conserve some power for your trip

These things have a built in Radio TOO !!!! ??

:) sorry buddy, no such luck

"Radio Off" is also known as aeroplane mode ... basically it switches off all the phone functionality of the handset, making it into a pda / mp3 player etc. so you can use it on planes. The by-product of not constantly checking the phone network etc. is an increase in battery life :o
