Home Screen Hiccup!! - Email & MMS Notifications GONE!!

I have an application (OTA) unlocked SPV, with the latest (Official) Orange update.

I have been trying some new themes out on my phone and now when i default back to any of the ORIGINAL themes i have no EMail notication or MMS notification on the Home page!

Seems as i use my SPV for Email and MMS regularly this is rather annoying..

I have only the SMS notfication now.. :)(

Anyone had the same problem or heard of it and managed a workaround / resolution??

Any advice would be greatly received as i really dont wanna hard reset the phone....(Especially if someone has tried it already to no avail)

The bacic layouts are kept in the main windows Folder so it's unlikely that thay have gone

as the Windows folder gets re-written every startup.

what's probably happening is that you are selecting the wrong layout by mistake.

I have checked all of the settings and if i select basic then i can get email notification and if i select full also i can get email BUT still no mms.

Please see the attached file as this was Orange Layout1 before i started experimenting with homescreens,

Also, Ever since i received my SPV i cant get to see the alarm on the home screen ? Is this a tweak??

All I can think of is the phones selecting the wrong xml, have you tried

deleting the "new themes" you installed?

As for the Alarm on the homescreen you need the plug-in that can be found in the customisation section. (sorry don't have the link off hand)
