I have just got my new SPV-E100 and was trying to copy the IPSm from my original SPV to the new one. Doesnt seem to work, is there a way of doing this?

From what I remember of another post (not by me) that there are slight changes in the IPSM

of the 1.5 version so they are not quite compatable :?

I've done it 2 or 3 times with the 1.5 UK ROM, using USBTerm, what's not quite compatible :?:

(Actually, it performs a new step with this ROM, and "Checks IPSM" then passes it, and re-boots.)

I don't know what changes, like I said it was in another post (not one of mine) where it was mentioned

that there could be a problem of taking an IPSM from an old version to the new 1.5 version.

I'm only playing with bootloaders at the moment, I've never bothered with backing up the IPSM, all my contacts

tasks etc are on the PC so if I ever lost my IPSM it would be the perfect time to start again with out the clutter :)
