Where can I get a Spanish DLL (t9spanish.dll) for the SPV/x?

I would like to insall a t9spanish.dll since I often type in Spanish. Anyone know where I can get one?

I just received a message from Marc Zimmerman (by the way, his T9 Utilities program is great) who mentiones "I know that the phone in the Microsoft Smartphone Developer Kit has a Spanish T9 DLL, but I know of no way to extract a DELL from a device's ROM."

Anyone know how to do this?
