phone keeps freezing

my SPV keeps freezing up, i have the software update and i also have orange care

should i request for a new phone?

try a hard reset first....It cured ALL my crashing problems...

Sometimes the Hard Reset Does'nt cure all the bugs, but you can try it.

Igot a spv e100 when my phone kept on freezing up, i tried all the hard resets under the sun but it didnt cure it, orange even sent me a sim update, that did'nt work. Try to get an e100 its much better and it has the new rom update and 1 more comeing this month. Hope this info helps. :)
