how can i convert *.dat file to mpeg or wmv/

hi! i have e100 phone. how can i convert a video cd file(*.dat) to mpeg or wmv format. in order for me to play a video file to my SPV. thanks

I am using VCDgear. You can use Google for it.

You can also use VirtualDub. So long as you have codecs which can recode it in the format you want. Just make sure you tell VirtualDub to look for All File types (*.*) rather than just Supported File types.
