bugbear worm

a friend recently sent me a worm infected email. Activesync put it on my smartphone automatically. McAfee cleaned the worm from my PC but everytime I dock my phone McAffee screams that the worm is in the Activesync dir on my PC. When I click clean quarantine or delete it can't. What can I do??

is it on phone or storage card?

if its on phone id say hard reset, if its on the storage card then get someone with a card reader to do an antivirus scan on it, or reformat it using task manager

Try uninstalling then reinstalling Activsync
