PC Outlook 2000 synchronisation (files as... problem)

I have strange problem. When I create new contact in my PC Outlook (version 2000) or edit existing contact and use company name as well as person name, I would like to file it in form COMPANY (FIRST, SECOND). In PC outlook it looks like this in the "file as" box, but when I synchronise it with my e100, in the phone contacts it will appear in this form: COMPANY(FIRST, SECOND). There is no space between company name and "(" character, what efectivelly ruins finding contact by entering first name. When I edit it in the phone and go in the "file as" selection box, I can easy change it to display it with space and when I synchronise it, it works on both sides fine. But it´s annoying. Any ideas, how to avoid this problem?
