IR Beaming and inserting text into an email????

When I write a long winded email I choose to do it on my palm. I can then beam it to the phone and it ends up as a txt file in My Documents.

Does anyone know how to then copy and paste this text into an email? There is no menu option for pasting in email compose - is there a shortcut perhaps?

There's no copy and paste option yet that can be controlled from the phone ... BUT

Orneta notepad (similar to windows notepad) will open your text file and has a "Send via E-mail" function 8) I've not tried this function, but have used "Send via SMS" a lot and it works fine :) Details in this thread
