Terminator 3 Homescreen, Ringtone & SMS Tone EDIT:06/08

This is my latest homescreen based on the new Terminator movie Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines. It comes in the form of two cab files, one installs all things related to the homescreen itself and the other installs a ringtone and sms alert. The ringtone is the Terminator 2 theme as it is by far the most well known theme and the sms tone is Arnie saying "I'll Be Back"! As was mentioned in my Clio Sport Homescreen I have only been using photoshop for two days to date so feel free to post any comments that you fell would improve the homescreen but go easy!

05/08/03: Changed homescreen to get rid of "bubbly look", as such T3.zip updated. Please note that the text is FAR more clear on your phone, the blur on the red text is just the screenshot, and i will increase the volume of the T3 ringtone late tonight!

06/08/03: T3 Ringtone volume increased :) Download new T3Sounds.zip

nice! first thought was that the soft edges around the light blue placeholders were...to soft for a T3 theme! maybe it's just a preference thing though. Still good work though!

ps can you get arnie's red eye in there also!

It doesnt replace the icon but it should tell u how many voice mail messages u have. when u talk of the soft blue do u mean the hexagonal logos? if so then they are skynet logos taken straight from the t3 website but i'll make them a stronger colour if u like? does that mean that you'd also like the blue in the menu to be changed accordingly? let me know and i'll see what i can do. cheers for the comments! The "soft blue" bits I meant (and I presume FrankyG meant too) are the light blue bits around the time, provider, mru and profile ... they're a bit bubble-shaped :roll:

don't mean to complain though, it's a cool skin, I'll take it for a spin when I get back to my cradle :wink:

yer, 'bubble shaped' is a good way to describe what we're talking about. I see now that Arnie's eye has a red dot, tho it looks like 1 pixel...just a bit hard to see. I think the shapes would be better if they had hard edges, perhaps witha slight shadow. Do you remember the Brushed Metal look from the T2 movie....I just did a quick search and attatched it. Again, though, I only mention this brushed metal look 'cos I like it :) If I could do skins I would have this kinda background and work it up from there...must learn how to skin...
