How do I hard reset my SPV and SPVE100

I have an old SPV and would like to know how I hard reset it, I know you need at some stage to take the battery off but just can't rememeber the string of events you need to complete it. Also is the process the same for hard resetting the new SPV E100 :roll: ....Any help would be greatly appreciated... Thanks Tootly

They are all the same phone at the end of the day :) the E-100 is

just better thought out regarding keyboard layout and screen.
