Programs failing to run after time

After my phone has been on for a while all the programs that I have installed myself ( i.e. added manual shortcust to file from the start menu) fail to work. I either get the error message;

"" is not a valid Windows CE application

or

"Can't find "" Make sure the path and filename are correct...."

Now if I turn the phone off and on again it works fine but then after a time (day or so) the link will suddenly stop working again.

Is there a reason for this or just another 'feature'

The second option has been posted before and I have seen it, the phone appears to forget the card is in the

slot, all you have to do is eject the card the insert it again.

The first option could be related but not 100% on that at the moment :?
