I Mate Smartphone memory problem

I got some problem with my Smart phone "I Mate"

1- It always Hung up Then I remove the Battery to restart it!!

2- My smart phone memory go down to 0.23 Mb when checked I found some big files but couldn't delete them . How can I delete them?

1- don't delete this files if you want your SP work .

2- bay SD card and install all your programes there .

anything in the 'windows' folder is in the ROM so it re-written on restart of your phone---these are all (mostly :) ) essential files.

if you go to settings on your phone and remove programs--you will be able to free up space--then reinstall programs onto your storage card.

If you have a file explorer on the phone something like Smart Explorer then have a look in

IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall and see if you have anything there also if try clearing out you sent SMS and any emails as this can also take up space (a quick way is to delete the contents of the IPSMMAPI folder

this will clear your sent SMS and your emails.)
