Application Unlocking Problem (Different original values)

i am trying to unlock but according to the instructions when i opened the original file 'mxip_oem_10.proxml', the values in there are as below:

these values are different from the one's in the instructions. What do i do? anyone has any advice?

First of all how old is your phone and what update do you have?

The method you list above only work up to the first released update.

from now on you need to use the Orange Developers site to unlock.

it has rom version 1.3.5.6, its a used phone i bought from uk and i am in the us.

i tried the orange web site method but neither did i get an sms nor am i able to use the other option of getting my spv connect thro' active sync, i downloaded the action register and clicked on it but it opened up an explorer window with all kind of values in it, thats about it, nothing beyond that.

since i am not in the uk, i don't know how to get around this now.

any ideas?
