Guest MECX Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 Five stars for performance Five stars for value Five Stars overall ''For an otherwise fantastic phone , the design of the original SPV sucked royally. Software-wise, little has changed with its successor, except that you get a GPRS (multiplayer only) Tic Tac Toe game, and it now comes preloaded with a speed update that users of the original SPV had to install themselves. ORange is bundling a memory card with a special Time out City Guide too. Physiclly the phone has come on leaps and bounds. The basic layout and conectors are the same , but the new joystick is vastly better than the old keypad, all the buttons are now bigger ans easier to press-- and best of all --the screens so bright is makes the old SPV looked washed out'' direct quote from T3 magazine

Guest squall Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 hehe im happy now paul didnt get EVERYTHING in his press pack! still not heard of tic tac toe as standard.
Guest Brody Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 TicTacToe eh!? And what about the speed updates! Supposedly the SPV owners had to install these updates themselves, i'm sure they'd love to if 1.5 was available! :)
Guest MECX Posted August 7, 2003 Report Posted August 7, 2003 im sure they would have to add an extra star on there scheme if they did some research on what an unlocked SPV could do. hmmm i might write in and tell them if ive got the time :)
