Apparently yes...

Well, they are not officially out for sale, but it seems that several manufacturers have installed Smartphone 2003 of their development or demo Smartphones. So I figure many people do have them at work, if they work for those companies.

We want to make sure that PocketTV will run flawlessly on Smartphone 2003 when they hit the big market, so we would appreciate some help from the people who have an early access to the new OS, as we don't have access to it.
