Have you encountered this camera problem?

I have recently noticed faint vertical lines, scrolling from right to left on the camera display screen, whenever I use my Tanager's attachable camera. :shock: It bothers me because I don't use to see them before. :)

Here is how it looks like (please see attached image: shot of a white surface)...

I tried changing the flicker rate but it simply wont disappear :!: I also tried shifting brightness settings from auto to manual...no luck there.

Is this a defect :?:

Additional info:

capture size - 240x320

flicker setting - 60Hz

brightness - auto

battery - 3/4 full

light source - flourescent tubes (fairly bright)

you do know they strobe!

You're right mate...missed that one!

I'll check it out again under a different light source...I'll send you a feedback.
