mobileshop.com/SPV e100/no Timeout card...

Hi,

Has anyone else had the same problem as me with mobileshop.com and them not suppying them with the free Timeout city guide?

I've had loads of problems trying to get them to send it to me, even an email from customer services recommending me to see if it is on the CD ROM....f-witts!

As it stands after having the phone for a week I still don't have the card and they are not sure what is going on themselves... has anyone had any better luck from them?
