I now have Qtek feature with UK update?????? see 3rd post

Thought I'd share my fun today :o

well it's finally happened restarted my main phone and got stuck on the

sunset screen :P

Tried to run the update (to save losing my ISPM) no go

ended up having to do a Hard Reset and start again from scratch :(

Pain but I suppose it's about time I cleared out the clutter :)

The annoying thing is I have not played around with update on this phone.

my phone did a pat hard reset after changing the homescreen timeout settings and screensaver settings whilst watching a video. it might be an idea to start a thread with the known causes of sunset screens and part hard resets?

Too many variables and some members claim it just happened :?

but still not a bad idea, mine was caused by a dodgy unreleased

gapidraw app, it would not exit so had no choice but to pull the battery :)

OK moved to main as this is very strange

This has only had the original UK update and I installed the UK update from mono's site

(which i have done many times on my other phone)

Anyway the strange discovery

I went to change my homescreen but in the basic menu I now have all my pictures from my SD card listed :shock:

I can choose them but it does not resize them. (not that I would expec it

to do that)

I have no idea how this has happened it's as if the phone now has the

Qtek update on it, but it has never been on this phone :?

It's as if the Qtek has altered my PC :?

Update I now have wav files to choose from when I compose an MMS, is selects the wav and

converts it to AMR, this has been mentioned before by another member who had this feature

when he first had his phone and then lost it :?
