Activsynch and SMS

Hi,

I've just installed Activsynch on a laptop and when i synch'd i lost all my text messages. This also happened when I installed it on my PC.

Anyone got any thoughts on what I've done wrong?!

I just had the same, after creating a new partnership on my new computer, i've lost all my SMS.

Now i have only 5 emails in my inbox but cemail.vol still takes 464Ko. Maybe the messages are still in.

How can i read them now?

SMS should not be affected by syncing :?

What version of Acticsync do you have and also what phone?

That's what i though also, but everything from my inbox is gone, all my sent/received SMS disappeared.

I have an SPV 1st generation with the latest Orange ROM and ActiveSync 3.7.1, i downloaded it directly from the MS web site to install it.
