Multiple Outlooks!

Ok, does anyone else get problems with outlook, multipple copies running in background when the phone is synced?

I've been putting up with it, thinking it was MY setup, but now have re-installed, and i get the same problem?

Is it just me?

Any ideas how to fix?

I only get this when I'm too impatient on start up and click too much :oops:

Apart from that I've never encountered this problem.
