Can't install new applications

Whenever I try to install a new application, I got the following message in my mobile:

Download of POCCO software ProTone.cab was completed installation in progress, Although the application I am installing has nothing to do with this cab file (it is a different application), and the result is the application is not installed. Please advice,

Delete everything in ipsmwindowsappmgrinstall.

Thank you for your answer. However, I have checked the specify directory and I could find any file or directory under ipsmwindowsappmgr
