wap/internet not workin

hey people when i try to connect to the internet it says unable to place call how can i fix this? these are the settings i have

Connection name: O2 Internet

Connects to: Internet

Access Point: wap.o2.co.uk

Username: o2wap

Password: password

Primary DNS: 193.113.200.200

Secondary DNS: 193.113.200.201

IP address: Blank

In the "data connections" screen use these settings to connect to "internet connection"

Then in the MMS setup screen, use the above profile with the following:

IP: 193.113.200.195

Port: 9201

Mmsc: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

Now for the internet.....

Connection Name: O2 GPRS

Connect to: Internet

Access Point: wap.o2.co.uk

username: o2wap

password: password

primary/seconday DNS: 0.0.0.0

IP address: 193.113.200.195

please help me
