Windows Media . asf

Whilst playing around with Notepad on the SPV I inadvertantly over wrote the windowsmedia.asf file in IPSMMy Documents. Now i have lost all my Windows media listings.

When i do a search for them and manage to play them there is no sound,

Any ideas?

Dont worry - managed to fix it by switching off phone and then back on again.

What is this file for and what does it do?
