pocketMVP: annoyances while playing music

I want to use pocket mvp to play my .ogg collection (since they compress so nicely to 64 ABR) and there are a couple of issues involved that haven't always existed in my setup:

1.- after two songs (app. 10 mins) the phone turns off, I guess this is a setting of my phone, i would think pocket mvp would be aware...

2.- the first song always b-b-b-r-r-r-e-e-a-a-a-k-k-k-s for a couple of seconds, while the spv's version of the 'wait' clock animation appears, what's up with this ?

Any suggestions ??

(yes yes do a hard reset, other ones please).

your homescreen is set to 10 mins to return...

i have same problems.. it stutters for the first few seconds..

pocket mvp problems:

background playing is not working... i cant txt someone while playing music.. if like to txt someone. i should stop the music first b4 txting... anyone know how to fix this?
