SIM unlocking the new SPV E100 (UK version )

I recently purchased an Orange SPV E100 while I was in the UK, thinking I could use the spvunlock program to unlock the SIM once I retrurned to the U.S.. Since that program doesn’t actually work on the E100 (with the current 1.00 boot loader), there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to unlock it. I don't have access to any other versions of the boot loader to enable the spvunlock. Is there a a place I can get a version of the boot loader that will enable me to use the unlock program and will any other version of the loader be compatible with the E100? Or is there another way to unlock the SIM?

As you said you need a different Bootloader V0.98 or below

To do this you can run the UK update from www.monolithix.org this will give you a bootloader V0.98

Be warned though you can get problems ie getting stuck on the sunset screen if the update goes wrong,

but one way to fix this is to try a Hard Reset or re-run the update, or failing that the 1.5 update if you can

get hold of it.
