connecting to handheld pc

Hi,

Registered the other day on this forum, so thought I'd give it a wirl...I have a Jornada 820 that runs windows ce (HPC)...does anyone know how i can sync my smartphone with it, or send txts via my smartphone from it, possibly using ir port for example, or better still remote control it from my handheld...

Any help would be much appreciated

hhmm i dont think it is possible i'm afraid.

first thing to check is if you can ir transfer files to the ppc.

Otherwise look for a version of activesync that works on CE devices.. (i think that might be the stumbling block)
