sms2mail acting funny

Anyone else noticed this ? :

If i use sms2mail to convert all my sms messages to mail for syncing it only converts a few completely, the others have the senders name totally disfigured and unreadable.. And then ALL the converted messages (or whats left of them) are dropped in the outbox :?: :?

I really like the the purpose of this little app and want to use it daily (yep, do get a whole lot of sms :) ) Would love to see it working perfectly...
