1.5 update - will "delete" whole phone?

Our provider Eurotel today released 1.5 finally...

Do you know, if the 1.5 update certainly "will delete" or "may ocassionally delete" installed applications, settings or other data?

I have no option how to archive all - I can of coarse synchronise my contacts, tasks and accessible data, but not all settings, registers etc...

Any experiences?

I tried it already. Completelly deleted everything in the phone. Totall...

well to confirm it definately REWRITES the IPSM (which is useful if you are downgrading.)

My impressions (so far):

- much faster menus/homescreen redraw etc...

- SMS character/message number counter

- option to delete all messages in certain folder, no need to delete messages one by one and then empty trash

- regional settings support many more languages (including Czech) and also special accents in contact names (including sorting/finding using those accented characters), T9 support those languages too....

- support of special accented characters in IE

So far it looks very good for me.
