Orange Decert Problem

I managed to download the action register on my spv and it shows the imei number but when i type in my no. (i am in the US) and press register nothing happens..says 'action lock running..phone is registered

what do i do? i am typing in my no. as +1xxxxxxxxxx

and i tried to put a space after 1 but somehow the# key does not generate a space when pressed.

i am on a pass thro connection to the net via activesync.

does anyone have any suggestions?

Its all OK what you are doing, after you have typed in everything that you need to, and it says action lock phone is registared, try going on the internet with your phone (GPRS), or pass through connection. Go to this webpage www.developers.orange.com, on the left click working with orange, then unlocking and so on and so on. It might work it might not If you have got any probs i'll try to sort them out.
