Symbol Question from a newbie

Just started to use my Spv E100 and am seeing a Symbol on the title bar that I do not recognise. It looks like a "New message from instant messenger when you are in another application" over a telephone smbol similar to a missed call. Can't find anything in the manuals

It does not appear on the homepage just when selecting prgorams

I can't get rid of it. Any help appreciated

just installed it but no documentation. Does this just mean that the program is active ?

Yep...should be a configuration app in your programs menu.
