Replacement SPV

Like many people I have started to get a lot of dust inside the SPV. I have been told before that I can probably get a replacement if I report the problem to orange (although I don't have orange care). However, as I don't have orange care, how long would it take for orange to send me a replacement phone, and would they require me to send off my SPV to them first? (hopefully not, cos then i'd be without a phone for a while)

You would have to send the phone to Hayes for repair and you would not get a replacement,

for that you need to have Care.

To have the phone repaired can take up to 14 Days.
