can someone help with an internet explorer problem.

I am trying to sign up to MoDaCo plus but keep getting an error page within explorer.

Its the same when I try to change my MoDaco profile. It goes to the next page after changing my details and then stop...showing me the internet explorer error page " The page cannot be displayed"

Any ideas Peeps.

I have upgraded to ie6 but it didnt help. I have installed new java runtimes but that didnt help either.

I can connect to these pages OK so it may be your settings.

I would first delete the IE history files in Tools-Internet Options to prevent the same error page being loaded from memory. You could also try going to the IE advanced tab and checking what options you have ticked there (maybe restore the defaults after noting your present settings).

I had a problem with my firewall where I had to disable it, sign into MoDaCo and then re-enable it. Do you have any internet protection activated ?

Thanks.....following your advice my problems gone. The profiles page now loads first time every time.
