decerting a phone that doesnt wanna be decerted :-)

I have an SPV 2002 which i have updated (well...downdated really) with the UK upate on monolith, so ite went from bootloader V1.00 to V.0.98 and instead of 1.5 to 1.3.5 i think.

I've been trying to register the phone for over a week now and nothing happens, i press register and the message apears "registering your device to the network" and after 5 secs its back in the reg screen and the phone is still not regged. How can i decert it?

I assume you the downgraded the bootloader to run the SIM unlock code.

Have you SIM unlocked the phone now ?

Have you tried downloading the Action Register program to your SPV and running it from there ?

yeah its simlockfree now, but the software lock is still on it

unless you want someone to do the pc side for you.. ie tell them your imei and tel number.. then we can decert this side
