Installation failed after unlocking fone?

I unlocked my fone by doin the hard reset and installed tennis addict game.

But when i tried installing other stuff it keeps saying:

"the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not havethe adequate systems permission"

DOES THAT MEAN MY SPV HAS BECOME LOCKED AGAIN?

tennis addict is a signed program, and would run on a locked phone. where did you get the game from? try restarting the phone
