Need some help with PocketScumm

Afternoon all,

I've only been here since about a week and ive only had my spv about 2 weeks now but I'm loving every second of it. First I though Doom ruled, then i tried the nes and gb emulators but it wasn't untill i tried Pocketscumm yesterday and loaded my indy 4 from floppy to my SD card that I REALLY fell in love with the SPV :)

It just blows my mind being able to play stuff like that on my phone.. Those long Night shifts will be a joy from now on hehe.

NEways, I cant seem to get Sam and max to work, I've read all the threads and done everything as told. But PocketScumm just doesn't detect it in scan-mode.

I've only got 3 files now in my samnmax dir, namely smanmax.001, smanmax.000 and monster.sou.

It detects Indy 4 just fine, but wont find sam anyway I try it. I haven't tried Dott yet, mainly cause I cant find the bl**dy cd at the moment, but i'll dl the demo later on to test it.

Anyone know btw if Full Throttle will work?

Just installed version 0.5.1 in the hope that would detect it (had version 0.4.0 first. But now the sound in Indy 4 is gone (sound is enabled) and it still wont find samnmax..

Any thoughts?

Nevermind again.. got sam and max to work, but still no sound, is this typical for 0.5.1? seems unlikely.. NEways, Im off now, i'll mess around again later this evening. My UPMOST AND BIGGEST RESPECT to the creator of this app, it truly is amazing!!

And nevermind this also, sorted it all out, Indy 4 AND sam and max now work with sound :) guess i spoke too soon ;) How do I delete this thread btw?

Hehehe lolz ;) yeah a LOT of ppl are gonne find quite a lot of good tips and tricks from all this ;) But the good part is I now have DoTT, Indy4, Monkey islands 1 and 2 AND sam and max running with sound and some with voices :D Only thing missing now is full throttle and then I probably won't see my 10 consoles for a while anymore :lol:
