HELP- Lost the list on "remove programs

I seem to have lost the software listing on my remove programs , it is now blank, can anyone help

There seems to be a limit to the number of apps you can install on your phone. As soon as this number is reached the "Remove Programs" list is cleared. I have 75+ apps on my phone and my list is also empty :)
