How to unlock the SPV E100??

hi guys

I am new to both the forum and the spv e100. can anyone advise on how to unlock the phone? I have read quite a bit on the unlocking process and everything seems quite messy.

Can someone please elaborate on the SD/MMC downgrade which I read so much about? I have no idea how it's done.

As for the downgrade to the v0.98 bootloader, may I please ask again where I can download this version?? I am not able to find this version anywhere on the web. ANd how can I check the bootloader version of the phone?
