PLEASE HELP WITH SMARTFACE!!!

Hi All,

Can somebody please advise on the correct way to install Smartface?

i've downloaded the CAB file and tried installing it on the phone and the storage card, but when i try and run the application it hangs my phone. after rebooting its says it can't find run Smartface as it can't find the registry key' and smartface is disabled?!

tried everything i can think of but to no avail - please help, am desperate to get this working!!

Hi there,

First of all WELCOME :wink:

Did you try to uninstall it in the programsettingsuninstall progs?

If so you can try to re run the cab and install it on ya storage card (that is what I did)

After install reboot your phone right away.

Put the images you want to use in the folder ...storage cardMy documentsSmartface

Then run smartface and put the pics and contact together.

than reboot again

try to call now and see if it works.

This is the way I did to get it working there I had also problems with it.

Hi there,

I dont have templets here?

I just can choose a contact and add a picture.

After you assign the picture you can use the action button on the choosen pic it will open a list with some options.

You can assign where the pic should be right corner or left or full screen

and the phone number to apear or not and in which color etc...

I hope that is what you ment.
