If you go to PC activesynch options and set the through connection to Work and back to the Internet it should re-appear in the SPV.

Thanks mate thats excellent.

Ive got everything set back up to how it was (wap, gprs and email) apart from my MMS. I had it working perfectly before, im on O2 PAYG.

Ive tried all the settings that i found here but cant seem to get any to work and cant remeber the ones i had before i reset my SPV.

I can get as far as connecting then sending but it always ends up saying message sending failed.

Can someone please post working MMS settings for O2 PAYG, I would be really grateful.

Cheers :)

I don't have my O2 prepaid GPRS setup at the moment so I can't test it again but when I had it working I just created a new GPRS connection for MMS and used the WAP access point.

MMS settings

Settings-Data Connections - Edit GPRS connections

Description : O2 MMS

Connects to : Orange MMS (or MMS connection)

Access point: payandgo.o2.co.uk

Username: payandgo

Password: password

Settings - Accessories - MMS setup

First field: O2 MMS

IP: 193.113.200.195

Port: 9201

Mmsc Address: http://mmsc.mms.o2.co.uk:8002

For the Genie account change the access point to wap.02.co.uk and the username to geniewap (password stays as password).

Tried my O2 prepaid SIM and what do you know, I'm having the same problem with MMS (sent to draft). WAP connection is OK.

To make sure I wasn't going mad I double checked the MMS settings with www.filesaveas.com/mms.html and they agree. I have used O2 MMS on prepaid a few times before so I suspect it could be a problem with o2.

Hmmm, I suppose I'll keep trying and see if it comes back.

cheers mate. I was beginning to think it could be a problem at o2's end (well hoping more than thinking!!)
