T9 in italian

Hallo to everybody. I'm a new user and don't speak English very well. So sorry for my mistakes....

I use an SPV with the OS UK 1.4.7.7. I need to use this 'cause i need the PAP authentication for use GPRS with TIM in italy. This is my problem. I can't use the T9 in italian 'cause this OS don't have the T9italian.dll file. Can someone help me???

I try to copy from the rom to verify the t9english.dll file but it's impossible. Maybe you know how to copy the file. If you have this file can you send me??? Thank you very much for the help...

Try upgrading your ROM to Qtek 1.50.9.1 it has italian T9 and also PAP Authentication.

there 's a thread in Main called Hacked Rom that may prove to be interesting: Spine has managed to pull the ROM from his SPV and posted the location where you can download it in a ZIP file.

Or you can download the t9italia.dll file here: that will save you a download of the entire ROM and Spine a few megabytes of upstream traffic. :wink:

Unfortunately adding or overwriting a file in the ROM is not permanent, it will get restored or erased once you restart your phone, the only real way is to update your ROM either with the Qtek 1.50.9.1 or some other ROM that has italian T9 :wink:
