2 Sets of folders in the Inbox/SMS is this correct & no

Hi

When I go to show folders have 2 Sets of every folder in the Inbox/SMS.

I have the program SMS 2 Mail so I can save my SMS but they don't sync.

I don't no if the above is the problem. All I want to do is save the SMS

Any ideas Thanks Lee

I don't have experience with this program, but it would appear to be the culprit. Did you have two sets of folders before installing this program?

Also, what's the purpose of the program? Doesn't your phone keep your SMSs?

kyrkesmith, SMS to mail just converts SMS to email in your inbox/sms so you can sync them into your outlook inbox. Its just for backup really.

I don't no if I had two sets of folder before, how many does the standard setup have.

Does anybody no how to delete the duplicate folders,

Because I think the problem is active sync is syncing the empty folders
