Setting up SD card on new phone

I have just got a replacement phone & just done OTA decert. All my apps etc were on SD card, so are still there obviously! I have reinstalled smartexporer - & am able to run the apps from the SD card using this. But is there a way of getting the apps back into the programs menu without having to reinstall them (or make about 20 shortcut to...)??

I think pasting shortcuts is your best option. :)

Select all your .exe's, right click and "copy", then go to IPSMWindowsStart Menu, right click and "paste shortcut". This will do them all in one go...
