Latest rom updates and battery life?

I have been following the threads discussing the latest Q-tek and Eurotel rom updates as I am particularly keen to improve the battery life of my spv.

Some users are reporting improvements whereas others report worse battery life after update :?

Could users who have applied these updates please answer the poll to help me decide whether or not to apply one of these updates.

(I am reluctant to wait for the UK 1.6 update as this I presume will not be app unlocked - though it would be nice to be proved wrong :) )
