Media Player help please

I've got to catch the bus to work for a few days, so I thought I'd put some music on the SPV. No problem there.. but...

I can't launch Media Player any more. When I try, the title flashes up very briefly, but it doesn't launch.

I've even re-installed the OS, and it still won't launch :cry:
