alarm problem

hi, i've just recently been getting a phantom alarm which has been waking me up early in the morning. i have read your thread on this but i have done a search for the file mentioned and can't find it - sorry if i'm being a bit thick there, but i've checked on the phone and via active sync. i have IA file manager on my phone rather than all-explorer etc, so couldn't follow your step guide. it's driving me mad now. hope someone can help

I think this is set by setting your alarm back to when the phantom one is gonig off, turn the alarm off, change it, then turn it back on.
