T9 swedish for mitac

I've an idea that I need som feedback for.

There is swedish t9 for qtek right? What if I could take that file and put it in the register of Mitac so I could get swedish T9 for my mitac. Would it work?

The dll is protected in ROM so it's not possible.

Because it's unlocked does not mean you can access the ROM
