Can't find unlock info on Orange Dev site

I am just trying to unlock my phone and don't seem to be able to find the head 'unlocking your phone' in the 'working with orange' section at the orange developers site. Can anyone help me out or am I being a bit dense! :oops:

Have just completedthe form and am waiting the '5 minutes' for the confirmation. Fingers crossed that it all goes okay and I start really using this phone.
